14-day right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer ordering from the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Partial returns

You don't have to return everything — you can return individual keycaps or part of a Full Set and keep the rest. Refunds are calculated per item at the price you paid.

Who pays for return shipping

You're responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), as permitted under the Directive. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.

How to request a return

Go to Request a return, sign in, pick the order and the item(s) you want to return, and submit. We'll email you with the return address and next steps once it's reviewed.

Refund timeline

Once we receive the returned item(s), we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
